Nativity Jesuit Academy is not a typical K-8 school. 

 

This year, we serve 257 K4-8th grade students as well as 96 high school-aged alumni through our Graduate Support Program. 100% of Nativity students are Latino and 100% of our students qualify for participation in the School Choice voucher program which acts as a partial scholarship towards Nativity’s total cost of education.

 

Thanks to the dedication of our students, families, and supporters, Nativity continues to excel.

 

Based on the 2024-25 school report card, Nativity Jesuit Academy earned an overall score of 94.1, receiving the highest score in the city of Milwaukee, which includes private, public and high schools. Nativity is also the #1 K-8 school in the state of Wisconsin! 

 

This success is possible because of generous donors like you. Your support ensures that Nativity remains a “mission that does more” for students and families on Milwaukee’s southside.

 

In addition, one of the cornerstones of where our 6-8th grade students grow in “cura personalis,” caring for the whole person, in mind, body, and spirit is at Camp Thunderhead, our academic summer program.

 

Located in Iron County, Wisconsin, Camp Thunderhead is Nativity’s mandatory academic residential summer program. It consists of math, reading, and science classes six days per week, while afternoons are filled with leadership and faith development, as well as classic summer camp activities.

To keep Camp running safely and smoothly for our students, like Leah, our goal is to raise $42,800 to upgrade the following heavily-used, outdated equipment for Camp Thunderhead:

 

• Our golf cart is from 1994.
• Our riding lawn-mower is from 2002. 
• Our bike fleet is over 20 years old.
• Our AV systems in the chapel and classrooms are outdated.
