NATIVITY JESUIT ACADEMY is a Catholic, Jesuit, urban school serving young men and women in K4-8th grade. We prepare our students, in partnership with their families, for Christian leadership and service in high school, college, and life. Nativity’s unique model includes:

Enrollment Process: 

  • Attend an Open House (required for admission): 
    • Thursday, October 8 or Thursday, February 11 from 5:30pm- 7:00pm
    • Fill out the Open House RSVP Form
  • Complete our Enrollment Application Form (opens in August 2026)
  • Documents to submit: MUST be submitted in person at the front office.
    • Copy of most recent 1040 Federal Tax Form
    • Proof of residency (Most recent We Energies bill, cable bill, etc. – the bill must have at least one of the parent’s/legal guardian name on it).
    • For Transfer students only:  A copy of the last report card, MAP test results, and two letters of recommendation from current teachers.
  • Family Interview (required for the admissions process)
  • Fill out an online application for the Milwaukee Parental Choice Program or the Wisconsin Parental Choice Program (opens February 2027)
    • Families that do not qualify for the Private School Choice Program must pay the yearly school tuition amount of $11,420. This is the same amount as the Choice Program Voucher. There are limited seats available for tuition based students, as well as a limited number of state scholarships available to cover the cost of tuition.
